Refund and Returns Policy

At KerRah, we strive to ensure that every client receives professionally developed and verified digital materials. All of our products and services are delivered entirely online and are considered “digital goods.” This means that access is provided immediately after purchase, and no physical shipment or return is required.

By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge that you are buying an instantly accessible digital item or service. As digital access cannot be revoked once granted, refunds are limited to specific, clearly defined circumstances.

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
Failure of delivery. If a purchased product or service link was not received due to a system error or technical malfunction on our side, and the issue cannot be resolved through standard re-delivery or account restoration.
Defective or inaccessible files. If the delivered material is incomplete, corrupted, or non-functional, and our internal verification confirms that the issue is caused by the original file rather than the user’s device or software.
Duplicate transactions. If the same digital product or service was accidentally purchased more than once under the same account and with the same payment method.
Exceptional cases. In rare and objectively justified situations, a partial or full refund may be granted at the discretion of the KerRah administration when evidence clearly shows that the client did not receive the expected digital content or access benefits.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
• When the client has already successfully accessed, downloaded, or viewed the purchased materials.
• When dissatisfaction arises from a change of mind, individual preference, or misunderstanding of the product description.
• When any part of the content has been used, copied, or shared after purchase.
• When more than 14 calendar days have passed since the purchase date and no verified technical issue has been reported during that period.

Refunds, once approved, are processed back through the same payment channel originally used for the transaction. The amount returned cannot exceed the total value paid for the specific product or service. The processing time for funds to appear in your account depends solely on your payment provider’s procedures.

Important terms of refund execution:
• Once a refund is completed, access to all related materials, downloads, and updates is permanently deactivated.
• Any future claims or attempts to regain access to the same content after a refund will be denied.
• If a refund request is rejected, the client retains full access to all purchased files and licenses without interruption.
• KerRah reserves the right to temporarily suspend access during investigation of a refund case to prevent unauthorized duplication or distribution of materials.

All refund decisions are made with respect to fairness, clarity, and the protection of both parties — the client and the provider. Our digital refund policy is aligned with international e-commerce standards for non-tangible goods and is designed to maintain transparency in all transactions.
